Stayed one night to be close to the airport. We requested a baby bed and were told it was in the room but it wasn’t. We had to call down and wait which was inconvenient. There was no easy way to get to the nearby mall area and the hotel was a bit creepy empty feeling. No proper coffee in room. Bathroom had some black mold looking stuff around the caulking. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was very clean and considering it was so close to the airport. It was very soundproof. I however could not take a bath because the plug in the bathtub was broken and I tried several times calling the front desk for information on the airport shuttle and nobody ever answered.

Room was quite /warm stuffy - we were not able to adjust the cooling adequately. The faucet leaked at its base when we used it and the water collected on the floor under the sink. At least it was relatively close to CDG airport and we were only staying one night.

The hotel is very well kept for the most part. I traveled from USA and found this hotel to meet the standards of a Hilton hotel but better. Hallways have a very fresh smell and the rooms are renovated which is a huge plus. I enjoyed my stay here!!

The air conditioning in both rooms were broken. It was horrible. We were given fans but no concessions. The rooms are very old looking and not clean. There are no outlets near the beds.

Close to the airport and the shuttle is convenient. The bus stop is right out front which easily connects you with the Gare Parc des Expositions RER train station which takes you downtown in just a few minutes.
