Staff was very nice and super helpful. Even with the language barrier they still yried thwor best to help. I needed a room an extra night, al though they didnt have extra rooms. Stafg helped me with finding a new hotel. And also another stagg helped get a taxi back to the airport

This hotel was a very good price but you definitely don’t get a lot. A tiny bathroom and room in general. But it was clean at least. I would recommend for a one night stay before flying out of CDG. We had to take an Uber because the shuttle only ran from 6am-9am and then again at 5pm.

This hotel is well located. Close to the airport and adjoining hotels with restaurants. This is not a luxury hotel despite it's "First Class" name. It's rooms are small and efficient. It is quiet with double windows that keep out the aircraft noise. It's parking and breakfast fees were reasonable. The breakfast was surprisingly good.

The room was extremely small and hot inside so I went to turn on the air conditioner, which was not working. I reported it to the lady at the front desk, and she told me to just open up the window. When I went to turn on the television in the room, it did not work either. The staff was rude and unprofessional to my wife and I during the check-in because we reported to them that nothing was working in the hotel room. The lady at the front desk from Morocco then proceeded to tell us to leave the hotel because we addressed the issues of not being satisfied with the room. Our first day in Paris was ruined due to being put out the hotel without even a place to stay. They were rude and very unprofessional. I would tell anyone thinking about booking a room at this hotel is to stay away from this place. Since we did not even stay one night in the hotel, they owe me a refund for the week I paid to stay in this hotel plus the protection plan I put on it. The staff at this hotel do not understand the importance of good customer service and professionalism.
