We loved our stay at the My Maison In Paris - Sentier. The room was so clean and it had even amenity that we needed. The communication from the staff was excellent. We were close to a metro and in walking distance to everything. We felt very safe in the hotel, however, the area at night does feel a pinch sketchy, although we managed it fine.

Great communication. Quiet and well situated spot; comfy beds & excellent shower pressure - had all one needs. able to drop off our luggage (w/cleaning service man!) before check-in. Had difficulty using washer & dryer though. Appreciated extra gifts for us- love our water bottle!

Great base for a family trip
The apartment was easy to find and check into as well as being in a great location to explore the city. It was in a vibrant area that felt really safe and welcoming but also allowed us to get to the heart of Paris easily. We stayed with our two young children (6 and 8) who thought it was brilliant, and the apartment was the perfect size for the four of us. The selection of books and games were useful and our eldest loved looking through to find some hidden gems (including a Métro card!). The kitchen had all the equipment we could have needed and included a nice selection of tea/coffee as part of the welcome pack. The towels and toiletries provided in the bathroom were also good quality. Overall, this was a great base for our family trip!

This was a lovely apartment close to several metro stations. Very clean and bright. Cute terrace. Way roomier than a cramped hotel room. Lots of restaurant options with a couple of markets nearby. There is a binder with info about the apartment which is very helpful, especially concerning the washer/ dryer. Check in was easy. Comfy beds, nice fluffy towels, good water pressure in the shower (no tub though, if that’s important to you). No elevator, so be prepared to drag suitcases up and down stairs. If I ever come back to Paris (and I hope to), I would book a stay with this company again in a different location just for a change of scenery. The Sentier area was quiet at night despite there being several restaurants close by. We really enjoyed the several days we spent in Paris, and staying in an apartment like this made it more enjoyable.

The apartment is located in a neighborhood where it is not easily accessible by car. My UBER driver dropped me off at the nearest location possible. I had to carry my luggage to the apartment for about 10 mins. This should be disclosed upfront. Also, since there is no physical office to access person for help, it is not possible to arrange for luggage storage when arriving early or to hold after checkout during the day. I requested this request during booking. Only communication with hotel staff is via email and response is delayed and not timely. Also no phone contact information is provided after entering through the main door to obtain keys from locker. I had to retrieve the number from email. The only thing positive was that the unit was maintained well and had all the amenities.

Wonderful flat
We loved the location and all of the amenities. Mattress was extremely comfortable which is important when you are walking all over Paris. Loved the vaulted ceilings and that they supplied an electric juicer. We made fresh orange juice. Clean and well appointed for all of our needs. Location close to metro and many stores and restaurants. Safe. Will stay here again.

A gem at great value. Very secure was a nice bonus
Amazing location and value for money. We had only 1 night but we really enjoyed it, the beds were comfy, we had a little terrace and the whole building felt very secure and the double doors were great for sound proofing. There is a monoprix 5 min away. We will be back. Recommend ++
