The hotel was great! the staff really kind and spoke english. Room was very high up and theres no elevator which was hard to do after a long day. But the location is great and the room was clean and tidied everyday we were there. Only real negative is that you have to give the hotel key back every time you leave which is strange. But great overall

Not ideal.
Reception staff ok..not much English spoken so it was difficult to communicate. Key has to be given in each time you leave the building. Our room was on the 5th floor and there is no lift at the property so we had to climb up and down the stairs with suitcases. We had no hot water at all during our stay. Bed is like a rock and the duvet is actually a very thin blanket so was cold. I do understand it is a cheap property but I still expect hot water and a duvet.

While this hotel is very cheap and close to Montmartre, you in short, get exactly what you pay for. We ended up on the 6th floor with no life, the shower was an absolute joke, there was a heatwave and we had no air con or even a fan so we had to keep the windows open to the noisy road and even then it was sweltering warm. Furthermore, at some point housekeeping took our extra pillows for reasons unknown to us. The water in the sink didn’t get properly cold, the water in the shower didn’t get properly hot. It would’ve been okay for just a couple of days but wasn’t very great for a week...

The walk up is very small to the rooms, the odor from the bathroom sewer system over powered the room the smell was unbearable, on one of the days the housekeeping staff he didn’t get to the room to clean it until 4 pm at that time I just refused because it was near our dinner time

I never see like this hotel it is rubbish very old carpet and rooms are very bad smell and toilet close to bed and not working properly and no hot water many times we are shawer cold water when I check online everything looks good but in side it's wrong so I say no one leave this hotel.

This Hotel is amazing. The location is near, if not in Downtown Paris, and you are on a road with a shop a few meters away, and a McDonald’s right across the street. The Hotel isn’t large, but size here doesn’t matter. The Service was amazing (there were multiple Receptionists, they were all amazing) even though we waited for our room for roughly 20-30 minutes because we came early, the second floor (where the Receptionist Desk is) had magazines, newspapers, toys for children, and a nice view of the street. Once in the room (we booked a three bed room) it was a regular sized room, with a nice bathroom. Everything about the Hotel was clean. They even had Breakfast. Other things are there is this little kids play area between the 2nd and 3rd Floors I recall. It was basically a few feet by a few feet platform. This hotel is an easy 3 Stars, in my opinion, it easily deserves 4 Stars.

Nice location
Hotel stuff was very friendly. The location was the reason I chose this hotel - two subway stations in walking distance; Gare Du Nord was 8-10 minutes walk. Sacre Coeur is 5 minutes walk. Lot of choices for food/grocery. I would definitely visit again.

Did not like property at all. Very loud yelling and shouting all night long. Loud music played until 4:00am. No a/c and no Elevator. Had to carry bags up four Very narrow winding floors. Rooms was tiny for four people.

The hotel was farther from Gare du Nord than stated especially pulling luggage. The hotel reception is two flights up then rooms are farther up, and the stairs are circular. Some rooms are not very big. Bathrooms are small and the water can be scalding if you don't take care. Breakfast was a big disappointment, coffee, juice, a croissant and baguette/butter per person for an additional cost. The staff were nice and helpful but the hotel was a disappointment.

The Hotel is in a good and convenient area, 5 min walk from Sacre Ceur Church . Bakery and grocery store is right there. Now Customer service was THE BEST Saaid( hope spelled correct) was soo welcoming, friendly , informative and carrying!!! Made us feel home! Thank you soooo much from all od us!!!!
