The house is located in the heart of Montreuil, a cosmopolitan and lively neighborhood often referred to as the "French Brooklyn" by The Times. Situated on a quiet street in a chic artists' district, it is well-connected to Paris by metro, buses, trams, and RER, all within a 10-minute walk, and only 20 minutes away from the center of Paris. The house reflects the lifestyle of Parisian creators. With a large living room featuring an indoor pool, a dining area, a spacious gallery with a library, a cozy living room with a fireplace, a welcoming open kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a garden, and two marbled terraces with a "Sicilian" ambiance, shaded by cypress and palm trees, this house offers a unique living experience. "Workaholic"? You'll appreciate the high-speed fiber internet connection and various seating options that allow you to work at any time. Sporty? You'll have access to yoga mats and an elliptical bike. A fan of well-being and cocooning? You can relax in the indoor pool or the steam room. Gamer or movie enthusiast?
