Quite honestly, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I’m still shocked that it’s rated an 8.0 on Expedia. After this stay, I don’t think I’ll ever trust that rating system again.
Where do I even start? The room felt dirty the moment I walked in. The smell hit me right away, and the noise made it impossible to relax. I paid nearly $300 a night, and yet the bed was so hard it felt like I was sleeping directly on the floor. Most of the outlets were broken, leaving me struggling just to charge my phone. The bathroom was dirty and old.
The room was freezing when I came in. I turned the heat on, hoping it would warm up, but 3 hours later it was still cold despite the heater noise. I was still shivering under the covers. And then came the worst part: I put my laptop on the flimsy, unstable three-leg metal nightstand, and in the middle of the night it collapsed—sending my laptop crashing to the floor and damaging it.
This stay wasn’t just disappointing. It was miserable. For this price, there are other options nearby. Avoid this one at all cost.
