Room was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Nice and quiet which was so much appreciated as we were catching up on sleep from travel, time zones and jet lag. Breakfast was amazing!! Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location!! So easy to get out of the airport and walk over. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Quite honestly, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I’m still shocked that it’s rated an 8.0 on Expedia. After this stay, I don’t think I’ll ever trust that rating system again. Where do I even start? The room felt dirty the moment I walked in. The smell hit me right away, and the noise made it impossible to relax. I paid nearly $300 a night, and yet the bed was so hard it felt like I was sleeping directly on the floor. Most of the outlets were broken, leaving me struggling just to charge my phone. The bathroom was dirty and old. The room was freezing when I came in. I turned the heat on, hoping it would warm up, but 3 hours later it was still cold despite the heater noise. I was still shivering under the covers. And then came the worst part: I put my laptop on the flimsy, unstable three-leg metal nightstand, and in the middle of the night it collapsed—sending my laptop crashing to the floor and damaging it. This stay wasn’t just disappointing. It was miserable. For this price, there are other options nearby. Avoid this one at all cost.

Our room was very nice. We had 1 room for 3 adults and it worked out beautifully. The beds were comfortable. I will say that the bathroom is tiny. Our original flight was canceled Paris to USA, but we were able to rebook our room and not move. They have 2 restaurants, a Starbucks coffee shop and a bar. The best part is you are right at Terminal 3 and the train that will take you to 1 or 2. It is sooooo convenient. I would definitely stay there again the next time I am flying out of Paris. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff were overworked trying to correct a problem with key cards. We had to wait a while for the key card and we were walked up to the room with a staff member to allow us in the room, without a key. Then we had to check in again with staff later in the evening to retrieve a key. A bit of a hassle and long lines for staff to deal with the key card issue.
