The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to provide us with directions, iron/ironing board and answered all of our questions. I appreciate that a cold water dispenser is available at any time to fill our water bottles. The hotel is located next to Vaneau metro which makes it convenient. It is also walkable to all attractions and shopping. There is a grocery store 1 minute from the hotel. The beds were comfortable - we slept well every night.

The good: Staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel had easy access to transportation and it was close to Paris’ main attractions. The bad: Our room was on the sixth floor. The property only has a very small elevator to the 4th floor. So we had to use stairs and carry our luggage ourselves in the last two floors. The elevator broke one day, thankfully they fixed it that same day. Also, since our room was on the last floor, it was hot, so we had to open the windows. We had to choose between having a hot room or having noice coming in from the streets.

The hotel is very close to a metro station which makes the visit to the main attractions so easy and convenient. The hotel is in an older building but very charming. Our room is comfortable and clean. The staff is so hospitable and helpful!! Thank you for making our first trip to Paris a wonderful experience.

Hotel Vaneau is quiet and very comfortable. The room and bathroom are a nice size. We appreciated the bathrobes and in room tea/coffee. They have a lovely breakfast in a sunny main floor area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our 5 nights and would stay there again.

A charming historic hotel in the sixth arr. the staff were friendly and so helpful. A wonderful breakfast every morning. We walked all around at night and had no issues. The metro is a block away.
