Lovely property the spa was an absolute gem of a feature, and they even stored a bottle of expensive champagne for us. The room was spacious and lovely, and the upgrade that we got at check-in was definitely welcomed.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The street is quiet within walking distance to the Louvre and Luxembourg Gardens. Rooms are small, just like all the rooms in Paris, but very comfortable. Planning on returning to this hotel.

Hotel was quaint, hotel staff were very nice & it was centrally located in the Latin Quarter. However, our room definitely did not resemble the advertised picture. Mattress was hard and the bedding was uncomfortable. Bring a comfortable blanket if you choose this hotel. Additionally, it was uncomfortable having to ring the bell to gain access to the hotel when the clerk was not at the front desk which was daily. Overall rating is 3.

If you're looking for that incredibly charming, little Parisien hotel - look no further. This is it. Lovely design, location and very friendly and accomodating service. That woman at the front desk could not be sweeter or more helpful. And fairly priced. I went with a friend (we got 2 rooms) and he was blown away by the value. You could spend more and not get a more charmingly appointed and decorated room. (you can find bigger, but at 3-4 times the price). Will return.

Saint Jacques is a gem of a boutique hotel nestled in a historic building, exuding charm and elegance. The Belle Époque room decor perfectly complements the building's character. Opting for the Privilege Double room was a brilliant choice; it was impeccably clean, cozy, and spacious. The check-in process was a breeze, thanks to the efficiency of the staff. Doa at the reception truly went above and beyond, securing us a room with a balcony boasting breathtaking views of both Notre Dame and the Pantheon. We were pleasantly surprised to find a chilled bottle of champagne awaiting us upon our return from the long walk to our room. The hotel's complimentary spa, complete with dry and wet saunas, provided a much-needed respite after exploring the charming streets of Paris. The warmth and hospitality extended by both Doa and Khatia made us feel like cherished guests in a friendly home away from home. We can't wait to return to Saint Jacques for another unforgettable stay!
