Thank you Hôtel Madison for an incredible experience in Paris. The room was lovely, clean and had a grand yet homely feel. In particular, we thank Chief Concierge, Sanjay Kaloya, for his kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible and all our needs were met. Sanjay took the time to help us secure tickets to events, organise services and gave honest and helpful advice to ensure our time in Paris was enjoyable and unforgettable. Payed extra for a hotel with a view of the city. Chose this hotel especially for the “city view” shown in pictures. Got a room with the view of the front street. Staff was also a bit pretentious. Wouldn’t book this place again.
