The staff was fantastic, and the location is perfect—just a short walk from public transportation and only five minutes from the Eiffel Tower. It's also conveniently close to Uber bikes for getting around. I highly recommend it, though the rooms are small.

We had hotel to get us a taxi for the train station. Instead of getting one of the black cabs with a taxi sign that you are supposed to take, the desk worker called most likely a friend with no meter or taxi sign on top. He charged 45.00 for the trip back to the train station. The trip from the train station to the hotel in a cab with a meter that took twice as long was on 28.00, The hotel employee should have known better because we were told better by someone earlier . We just don’t recognize it with lack of sleep until it was too late. Call your own cab. Be sure it is a black one with the taxi sign on top and a meter. This was a rip off.

Excellent location near Eiffel Tower, did not have breakfast at the hotel as we had to leave early, good\comfortable room and bed, helpful staff who provided us with a great dinner recommendation (L'Abreuvoir) a short walk from the hotel.

This was a great place to stay. Nice boutique hotel. Small rooms, but clean and updated. There is a safe in the room and we had no problems with room service. If you want a large, modern room stay out by the airport. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Jean Claude who we had the most contact with while there. Location was great. Five-minute walk to Eiffel Tower, across the street from train station, many restaurants nearby. Would stay there again.

I didn’t know that the hotel was under construction. It was very inconvenient The pictures on their website did not meet up to their hotel amenities. I would not recommend this hotel at all, although it is Paris France

The property was under construction the whole time we were there. All the amenities that were promised and shown on their website were not available. The only amenity that available was a continental breakfast that was mediocre at best. The construction workers were using the same ancient elevator that was needed for guests to get up and down along with housekeeping and guests. When we voiced our disappointment, the manager told us to take the issue up with Expedia.com since that is the entity we were hoping showed accurate hotel amenities for guests.

Great hotel, very talkative and friendly Mr. John at the front desk, ready to help you with anything....electric convertor....wine opener anything :) great experience, lots of dinning options just downstairs and wishing 5 min walk. Only 7 minute walk from Eiffel and most importantly, right in front of a subway station. We will definitely stay here again.

The area was convenient. Located very near the Effiel Tower. The room was very small, did not match the picture in booking. No safe for personal items. No towels daily (although there was a sign in the bathroom stating towels daily). Had to ask two times for additional towels. Note: I arrived at 2pm and my room was to be ready at 3pm. I asked we can have room early, since we had a very long flight, and they stated no. They told me my room was on the 4th floor, when I came back at 3pm my room was on the 2nd. I called a few days before to make sure my booking was valid and right away they wanted me to cancel Expedia booking and book directly with them. I declined to do that. Maybe that is why my booking was changed to a smaller room? My other party booked a room directly with hotel and got a room that I saw on the picture in Expedia, but I did not get the same room. Though, the employees were nice and polite. If you're looking for a low price to stay, it's ok, but just to sleep and go.

Tiny elevator, where two people and one small suitcase barely fit. We couldn't use stairs because it was blocked due to construction. Instead of one room for 2 adults 2 kids, we were in two separate rooms (at the end of the hallway). Breakfast was less than mediocre. But it was great that they stored our luggage until the rooms were ready.

This hotel is wonderful because of it’s customer service. Wilfred is so accommodating. The property is great for the price with a large bathroom. Metro 6 line is right across the street and also walkable to many areas. Highly recommend!

Great location, great staff
This is a 3 star hotel so go with that expectation but what is 5 star is the friendliness of the staff (especially Wilfred) and the location We spent 3 nights there. We walked a couple of miles the Roland Garros stadium tour and a couple of miles in the other direction to the start of the marathon at the arc de triomphe For first timers it is easy to get to the hotel from Charles de Gaulle airport via the RER B train and onto the metro line 6 to Bir Hakeim. It takes 40 minutes with the 1 change. The Bir Hakeim metro station is opposite the hotel but we didn’t hear them in the room. Would recommend for a 2-3 Night stay as our double room Was a little small but there were bigger rooms Lovely resident cat in reception too.
