Very close to the Daumesnil metro station, on the 5th floor with elevator, in a pretty, bright, double Haussmann apartment, a simple and comfortable room overlooking the building's courtyard and garden. With access to the kitchen, bathroom and toilet. You will be welcome there. A wardrobe and a large drawer will be at your disposal. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet and there are all the shops there.
