45 sq m on the 2nd floor of a typical Parisian Hausmanien six-floor building in the new trendy Batignolles area, which is close to Montmartre to the East, the Champs Elysees to the West and the shopping area of the Grands Boulevards to the South. The apartment is totally refurbished and new.

1 living & dining room with an open modern kitchen, 1 bedroom with queen size bed, 1 bathroom. The comfortable sofa can be converted into a bed for 2 people.

It was our 40th wedding anniversary & we just love Paris - this was our first time at this beautiful apartment & we will definitely come again. Everything you need, lovely shops & restaurants nearby - just perfect. The only downside was that both of us came down with a rotten virus - possibly covid And spent 3 of our 6 days indoors and just venturing out to local shops. At least it was a nice place to be poorly and it means we’ll have to come back again to make up for it. Thank you for a great stay despite this and for the kind gift of chocolates which were awesome!

Great Flat
We really enjoyed the flat. There was plenty of room for our family. The location was very good for walking to shops or to the metro/train station. Would definitely recommend this flat. Would stay again on a return trip to Paris.

Wonderful Stay in Batignolles
We've stayed in the 17th several times; it is our favorite arrondissement. This apartment was in a great location, a short walk from the Levis market, restaurants and the Metro. It is well appointed, spacious, airy and very comfortable. We easily communicated with the owner via VRBO. They were very responsive. We would stay again for sure. Special thanks to Phillippe for his help.

Batignolles apartment
We enjoyed our stay very much in this very well equipped apartment. The Batignolles neighbourhood, which was new to our Parisian visits, had easy access to transit, lots of restaurants to choose from and a wonderful market street nearby where we discovered La Meringaie patisserie. Philippe was an excellent host.

This Paris flat was perfect for our five-day stay. We loved the neighborhood -- its restaurants, shops, access to transportation and walkability. The apartment was clean and well-stocked with everything advertised. The elevator was appreciated on the days we needed to haul our luggage in and out. The boulangerie across the street was a bonus and got our business every morning. (Who doesn't want fresh croissants or a baguette every day in Paris?) The restaurants nearby were excellent and the type of place a Parisian would enjoy -- not your typical tourist trap. We would love to stay here again on a return trip to Paris.

A wonderful apartment in a great neighbourhood!
Fantastic apartment with everything you will need for your stay. Great kitchen to cook in and a spacious living area and bedroom. Great balcony to watch the world go buy. Lovely neighbourhood with lots of food options…market stalls with lots of lovely fresh foods available and a variety of cafes and restaurants so you can eat in or dine out. Great communication with the hosts who were very helpful and friendly. We loved our two weeks at the apartment and will definitely try to come back.

Loved it!
This place went above and beyond our expectations with more amenities than we expected (including elevator). It was clean, charming and had a balcony overlooking the street. The neighborhood is more residential and quiet. Directly across the street is a bakery, and Italian Restaurant and on the other street is a small convenience store and pharmacy. Tons of other fun restaurants/cafes very nearby and only 5 minute walk to nearest Metro stop. Great location. We really felt at home here. Thank you!

Comfortable, quiet apartment in the 17th
This apartment was perfect for our stay in Paris. The variety of restaurants is incredible, and there are three metro stops within a 5 min walk. We especially loved Rue de Levis, which has all the shops you could possibly need. The apartment is well-appointed, with everything you need for cooking meals. Even though the apartment is on the second floor, there is a lift in addition to stairs. Older buildings have quirks, but it feels very safe and secure and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Neat, clean, had everything we needed plus many extras. Building / unit security was good. Access to all the places we wanted to visit was easy by walk, bus & metro. A bit north of the city, but VERY manageable. When we come back - this is where we will stay.

Lovely stay!
Our family stayed at this apartment for 5 days. It was very well appointed, containing anything you might need to prepare meals. The washer/dryer combo was a huge plus! The host was pleasant and responsive. The (typically) small elevator was a bit intimidating at first but the walk up the stairs was doable. There were several transportation options within a 10 minute walk, our favorite being Villiers as we would walk through a fruit and vegetable market to and from the metro station. There was also a nice pizza (take out) place near the station. We would definitely stay there again!!

Great location
This was a great location for our family to explore Paris. The flat was well represented in the photos. Nothing glamorous, but all of the essentials. The neighborhood was all that we could have asked for- close to transit and lots of good places to explore. Overall, five star stay.

Comfortable accommodations, great location
My spouse and I enjoyed our stay in the 17th to experience a different area of Paris. (On prior visits to Paris I had stayed in the 13th.) Groceries, restaurants and of course a boulangerie and patisserie as well as transportation were nearby. The flat was very comfortable with a well furnished kitchen. (Unfortunately we forgot the Berthillon ice cream in the freezer. It was going to be "dessert" after breakfast on our departure day.) My spouse and I keep our house on the cool side. I had forgotten that it can be difficult to control temperatures in an apartment building. Even though it was late October/early November, it was a bit too warm for us. We would have loved to have spent more time there.

We had a wonderful stay in this Batignolles flat. The neighborhood is walkable and has everything you might need, beautiful Parisian architecture, boulangeries/patisseries, restaurants and cafes, shops and good access to public transportation. Wonderful time in Paris
The apartment is at an excellent location. We bought metro tickets but ended up that we walked everywhere. We still have leftover metro tickets for next trip to Paris. We had to close the windows at night due to noises on the street especially during weekends. The apartment had a lot of spices, pasta, frozen food ( probably from previous guests). There is a Nespresso machine with various coffee pods. The microwave and the toaster worked well. This apartment is nearby the Rue de Levis which has plenty of fresh fruits stalls, butcher shops, seafood shops, Italian and Greek ready-made food shops and a lot of boulangerie patisserie shops. Across the street is an excellent boulangerie with fresh baked baguettes, sweet pastries, sandwiches… A lot of restaurants on Rue de Legendre street. Michele, the host, was very responsive and sweet. I highly recommend this place to a couple or a family of 4.

Excellente location
Très bel appartement confortable et très bien équipé il ne manque absolument de rien. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le quartier tout est à portée de la main. Le seul bémol est que le quartier est bruyant durant la nuit et tôt le matin, surtout si vous dormez avec les fenêtres ouvertes, mais à part cela vraiment rien à redire. On y retournerais.

Lovely very spacious apartment in good location
Lovely very spacious apartment. Both the living-kitchen area and the bedroom are large and there is a nice balcony with room for 2 people to sit. The kitchen is very well equipped and has every appliance and utensil you could need. The bathroom is also roomy with a large shower. It's a lovely neighbourhood with a village feel to it. There are several different types of restaurants within a short walk and lots of shops for essentials, plus boutiques, chocolatiers, patisseries and pharmacies. All in all no minus points whatsoever and the standard of accommodation for the price is very good value. Would definitely stay here again.
