Sapinière Type A in Wahlhausen

This tastefully renovated holiday park is situated in the town of Hosingen. The park lies at an altitude of ca. 500m, between the picturesque towns of Clervaux and Vianden (15 km.) The park borders a large nature reserve which has several wonderful hiking routes. It is not without reason that Luxembourg is known as the 'green heart' of Europe! Many rivers and brooks flow through this region, a region full of forests, fields, vineyard-covered mountains and breathtaking landscapes. When there is snow, cross-country skiing is possible right behind the park.

The park has the following facilities: a reception area, tennis court, mini-golf, table tennis, playground, swimming pool with separate children's pool, (open starting May-and heated by water pomp) and a bar/restaurant. The rental fee for the tennis court is € 5, - per hour. We provide a children’s entertainment program on our holiday park during the school holidays in May, in July/August and in the autumn. Free Wifi is available at the whole park. All holiday homes have been completely renovated in the summer of 2015.

Right next to the park, just 100 meters away, there is an ultra-modern and extensive sport and leisure pool. In this public complex you will find several swimming pools, numerous spa treatments, fitness equipment, and a snack bar, where you can eat or drink. It is really an experience to be there! As a guest of the park you can make free use of the indoor pool for 3 hours per day. For an additional fee you can - of course - stay longer. The sauna, fitness room and massage can only be used against a fee. The complex is open from 8 am to 9 pm (on Sundays from 9 am to 9 pm). Besides, the possibilities in the vicinity are almost unlimited: cycling, climbing, water-skiing, canoeing, sailing, surfing, camping, golf, tennis, horse riding, swimming, fishing, thermal bathing, casino, theatre, concerts, and museums.

At La Sapinière park you can hit a ball on the colorful 12-hole Adventure Golf Course. The mini-golf course is in the style of the Flintstones and offers lots of fun for young and old, all year round!

There is limited availability, we advise you to make a reservation in advance, in order to avoid any disappointments.

This recently renovated apartment is suitable for a max. of 2 persons and has a flatscreen TV (with several international channels), a kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment and 4 hot-plates. In front of the apartment there is a terrace with furniture. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with the standard equipment: toilet, sink, hairdryer and bathtub/ shower. Type A accommodation is a studio, it means you have one room, a living/bedroom. Here you will find two single boxspring beds, a sitting area and a dining area with a table and 2 chairs. The beds have duvets and pillows. Heating is by way of electric radiators. Free Wifi is available at the apartment, one free ticket per person on arrival.

Bath towels are not included, they can be booked additionally.

The sports and leisure pool, which is right next to the park has a number of facilities that you can enjoy. The indoor swimming pool of 600 m2 consists of a swimming pool (25 x 12.5 m) with a movable floor, a children's pool, a hot and cold water plunge pool and a 60 m long slide! In the sauna area, you can relax with a sanarium, steam room, relaxation area and an additional outdoor space with a log cabin sauna. An area of about 350 m2 with fitness equipment is waiting for you to experience mental relaxation during physical exercise. In between, or after you enjoy a snack and a drink. Each guest can use the swimming pool for free, max 3 hours per day. Next to the park, various walking and cycling routes start, including a trail for children (3 km)

Luxemburg is a hilly country with vast forests, beautiful rivers and spectacular river valleys. All the towns here have their own particular charm. These picturesque towns lie in a valley on the banks of one of the many rivers. Some of them have a historic fortress. The spurs of the Ardennes reach into the northern Oesling region. At the German border lies the Luxemburg-German nature reserve and natural area of the Upper-Sûre. The southern part, Gutland, is mainly agricultural and in the southernmost part lies the Minette with several industrial landmarks dating from the age of metal ore mining. At the French border lies the health resort of Mondorf-Les-Bains. From Hosingen it is possible to undertake excursions to Echternach, Clervaux, Vianden, the town of Luxemburg and the Belgian Ardennes. At night it is worthwhile admiring the floodlit castles of Clervaux and Vianden. The Müllerthal and Beaufort are also an absolute must!


The minimum age of at least one of the residents has to be 18 years old. The maximum number of people is not allowed to be exceeded (incl.baby).
If the above rules are not followed, LA SAPINIÈRE reserves the right to cancel the booking without a refund.
The park is suitable for recreational stays. Long-term rental and business stays are not allowed. Should there be any suspicion of a business stay, Tour Operator and the park reserve the right to cancel the booking free of charge.
No pets are allowed in Type A. One pet is allowed in Types B, C, D and E. Two pets are allowed in Type F6, F6Luxe, F8, F8 and F16.
Upon arrival at the park you will receive the free entrance tickets for the pool (max. 3 hours per day) at the reception. In the sports and leisure complex you get a wristband with a chip, that registers the time of arrival, departure and all the extras such as additional hours, pool, sauna, fitness, food and drink, etc.. On leaving the complex, the chips are read out and you'll pay the extra services that you have purchased, by cash or by debit.

AquaNat’Our swimming pool: Guests can swim 3 hours for free > after 3 hours they have to pay 1.80 € / 30min (€1.25 for children between 6-16 years)

AquaNat’Our Fitness: costs € 20/2 hours

Business and/or long term bookings are allowed, with a maximum stay of 15 nights. Bookings that exceed 15 nights must be reserved directly at the park, for these, different prices may be applied.
The following additional conditions apply: maximum occupancy of 1 person per bedroom. The use of bed linen is always mandatory (it is changed every 14 days (€ 8 per person per change).
There is also a mandatory cleaning service every 14 days. The costs of this depend on the booked house type.

At check in, a deposit is charged of an amount of € 150,- (€ 250,- for type F16).
The costs for average consumption of electricity are included. The meter reading is checked at check-out. If you have used more than average, the costs (€ 0,25 per kWh) will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining amount will be refunded to your account within 2 weeks after departure. Consumption included per night:
Type A: 20kWh from October to April and 10kWh from May to September.
Type B: 25kWh from October to April and 10kWh from May to September.
Type C: 25kWh from October to April and 10kWh from May to September.
Type D: 30kWh from October to April and 10kWh from May to September.
Type E: 40kWh from October to April and 15kWh from May to September.
Type F06: 50kWh from October to April and 15kWh from May to September.
Type F06 Luxe: 50kWh from October to April and 25kWh from May to September.
Type F08: 70kWh from October to April and 25kWh from May to September.
Type F08 Plus: 60kWh from October to April and 25kWh from May to September.
Type F16: 120kWh from October to April and 50kWh from May to September.
In case of long rental or business, rental also requires a higher deposit (€ 600,-) and a deposit on electricity costs (energy costs are deducted/settled) every month.
For bookings longer than one week (business) the following deposits are applied:
Type A/B/C/D 8 nights to 20 nights: € 300
Type E/F 8 nights to 20 nights: € 450
From 20 nights (all types): € 600

Renovation of the outdoor pool: Starting on October 7, 2024, the outdoor pool of Domaine La Sapinière will be renovated. The work will take place from Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM (except between October 19 & November 3, 2024, and between December 20, 2024, & January 12, 2025). The work is expected to last until mid-April 2025. The park will take the necessary precautions to minimize disturbance and block the view of the work with fences and covers. The indoor pool of AquaNat'our will remain accessible during normal opening hours.
