I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The only issue i had was I did not realize I was staying at an apartment complex across the street. They have already addressed this by adding “Across the Street” on the listing.

Hotel was okay, problem is the hidden fees when you get there! Plan on an additional 150-200 bucks, also no breakfast! Rooms a bit outdated and a bit moldy smelling! Pros are nice pool, beach access, close to everything like pier park. Would I stay again yes but tell people on a budget about fees during booking!

First let me start with whomever is the manager on that hotel, needs to be replaced. I walked in to my Room a saw multiple hornets flying and bug on top of the sealing, and when i went to the office to tell the manager that my kid is allergic to bees, honest esc.his response was, I CAN'T DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. With the only attitude. And storm into his office.

Perfect vacation
This was a wonderful place with every amenity needed. They even brought out cold water to us at the pool! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Elevator always working and staff was very helpful and friendly. Free coffee and cookies in the lobby.

The girl who checked us in was rude and acted like she didn’t want to be working. Room was nasty. The mildew smell was sickening. No room service, NO clean towels. When you call to request, the phone just rings! Killed two roaches in bath area….have photos!

Beach access very good, very well located, the pool is a good space. but some people who do not look very good, occasionally we smell marijuana. The area where we stayed was a motel and so its facilities.

Lovely stay!
We loved our room, it was spacious, clean and comfortable and the view was magnificent! We really enjoyed sitting on our balcony watching the ocean, the sunset and hearing the waves splash on the shore!

The room was clean. Unable to reach front desk by phone for more towels. There were less than desirable individuals hanging out on the stairs, the parking lots, hallways smoking pot. There was never a time we walked to our room it didn't smell like weed.

Beach front, steps away from the ocean is great. Front desk staffing needed work. Darlene was great. The young not so kuch. Issues qith the hotel having a new system and staff still learning. My card was charged twice for our stay. General manager got it reaolved, but if this had happened on the weekend, we would have been trouble. Makes me want ro pay in cash from now on and not usr my debit card.

Check-in was horrible, I showed them my room confirmation 4x to 3 different people, but they could not find it. Even though they had availability and it was smaller than what I reserved, I had to wait a long time and was offered no money back. Property was fine, nice pool & beach, I was in an older room across the street from the main building. Also, they charge a resort fee.
