**PET POLICY:
We are dog/pet friendly with a $100 pet fee. No breed/size restrictions.

**AGE POLICY:
All adults must be at least 21 years old. Primary guest must upload ID, selfie and cc to guest portal after booking. This is the same practice that hotels operate under, ensuring the safe keeping of the homes contents. If remaining guests are 21, host requires all guests send ID’s through reservation after booking. After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt** Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties.

There are two owners closets in the home that are off limits. We have signs on these doors and they are locked. The rest of the house is yours to enjoy!

We are available for guest needs and just live across town. For urgent maintenance, we will come and take care of them as quickly as possible. For minor items, please notify us, but we will wait until your check out so we don’t interrupt your stay.

Home is located in a residential waterfront community. Guests are reminded to be courteous of this.

You can park in the driveway and under the carport. You can walk or drive through the neighborhood. Either way is lovely!

When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations.

**PLEASE NOTE:
Home is located on a deep channel Bay with a private dock. You are responsible for all members of your party including pets. Please use at your own risk.

Hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week. Please do not be alarmed if pool/hot tub maintenance come by during your stay. Hot tub is seasonal use and only available Sep 1 - April 30. Any guest found using the hot tub outside of these dates is subject to immediate reservation termination and may be asked to leave without a refund.

Landscapers must come by 1-2x/week to keep the lawn trimmed and well-kept. We do not know their schedules, as it changes with weather. Please do not be alarmed if they come by during your stay.

By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements.**

No events/parties allowed.
No outside guests allowed at any time.
Children must never be left unattended.
Pets OK with fee (must be paid) but are not allowed in the home alone without being in a crate/kennel. Guests are expected to pick up messes from pets.
