It was very difficult to get in touch with the property manager. The concierge was unable to, or did not assist. Only after contacting Expedia for them to contact the property on our behalf then we were able to get any assistance. However all in all, once Expedia contacted them, everything went well.

Primero que todo hice una reserva que incluía una recamara con cama queen y un sofacama queen. Al llegar nos percatamos que la cama era doble y que no existía el sofacama. Me comunique con ellos y les mande captura de lo que me había llegado en la reserva a lo que ellos me refutaron que no era así que ese alojamiento no contaba con sofacama y encima que era muy raro que yo haya recibido ese correo (el correo viene de expedia). El caso es que nos llevaron un colchón inflable sencillo para ayudarnos. La reserva era para 3 adultos (uno de ellos de la 3era edad) y un niño de 3 años. De igual forma tuvimos que comprar otro colchón inflable. En el fregador encontramos cucarachas, y el horno se encontraba sucio. Además, ese fin de semana había una rumba en el apartamento de al lado casi no pudimos dormir. Lo único rescatable de este alojamiento es su ubicación privilegiada cerca de todo.

The 21 A apartment was in a good location, walking distance from everything and the pool had a beautiful view! However, upon arrival we were greeted with a dirty toilet filled with hair. On the 1st night cockroaches were spotted in the pool area and over the next few days, mini cockroaches were seen in the cupboard and on the floor of the apartment. For a group of 5, the place was set up for 4, the next day when the additional towel was received, the towel had a big hole. Both toilets did not fill at a point, but speeding thinking, we figured out the float was sticking. Each time the neighbour lit their stove we looked over at our stove because you could hear it so clearly from our apartment. Also, while knowing the check out time before booking, 10AM is too early. On a better note, the concierge was kind and allowed us to leave our bags in a room before check in and after check out, the room however could have been cleaned.

The worst place I’ve ever booked. When I arrived at the property the AC was leaking water over the TV underneath it, which was plugged into the extension cord into the outlet, I was scared to stay there, cause of this major hazard. I got no help from the security, but especially from the owner- shame on them, no communication and do not want to give me the money back, although I obviously did not stay there. Also, shame on Expedia for not doing anything for me and not giving me back my money, putting me in a risky situation. Do not ever book this place, I even called the police on them to record and report the hazard environment that I was charged for.

Good location. Cleanliness lacking (stained sofa, bagless waste baskets). Did not have bed sizes advertised and paid for. Lukewarm water for showers. No coffee maker in unit--was provided one that was calcified and unusable. Had to get Starbucks during stay. Not allowed into unit until 3:00pm on the dot; observed future arrivals checking in earlier ??? The onsite representative was extremely kind and helpful getting essential linens for our stay. My rating for this property is about 2-stars. Would not book again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities

The apartment had broken tile on the kitchen island, which is a hazard for small children. The master bathroom shower head had a hole and the went into the ceiling, causing the paint to fall off and hit us while we were showing, a huge hazard to shower with small children in that shower as the Sheetrock could have fallen on us. The bathroom in the hallway didn’t look properly and it looks like someone broke into the bathroom before us. The apartment was a hazard for small children
