Loved the location and proximity to the beach. Rooms were kind of run down. Mix and match chairs on balcony. Inconvenient to have to take dirty towels down to office to get fresh ones. Especially when staying 4 nights. No where to get ice other than buying a large bag.

A Lot worse than it used to be, $6 for a bag of Ice….is Ridiculously high,,,, the room we was in was very aged,,,,when we booked online it was supposed to have a beach view and balcony,,,,,,,when we got there the beach view and balcony was a walk way on a sideways hotel add on ,,,,Which is BS on someones part,,, Either Booking, Expedia, Hotels or Bikini Beach ,,,,And we was told if we stayed a 3 rd night it would be the same price or cheaper since it was on Wednesday night but ended up paying 1.5 times more than normal price.We have stayed here for 10 years and probably WON’T BE BACK

Our stay here was great, we booked last minute and it was perfect for the week in PCB. Only complaint would be the elevator was dated but overall we had a great experience, the staff was very friendly.

Hotel is older, but close to beach. Room had water issues where you couldn't get cold or even lukewarm water. It was slightly better early in the morning, but not much. Water pressure was not very good either.

Older facility, generally considered old school PCB. Our room was clean, but one look at the ceiling in the bathroom tells you this place needs some work. Super slow elevator & somewhat of a wait to catch it. Luckily we spend most of our time on the beach & for that it's convenient.

Location & beach right there & check in & out person was nice which is the reason for some stars. There were bugs in room 208, only one hanger in the room, no housekeeping services, door took maneuvering & turning the bolt different ways to be able to get out of the room instead of opening right up (serious safety issue since it’s the only exit), limited parking spaces on the property with a larger parking lot across the street, loud A/C unit fan doesn’t stop running (no way to turn it off), marks all over the walls & doors, floor in rough shape, stains all over the cushion, uncomfortable bed, some type of sticky gunk on dresser & other areas, and so much of the “resort” property needs repair & updating (or perhaps a complete overhaul due to all the cracks & uneven & broken areas).

The room was too small could not even fit a chair to sit in the room if you did not want to sit on the bed. The room had a musky smell. My husband had to keep opening the door during the night to get fresh air. We had to spend 75 on an air purifier. I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone. The only good part for me it was on the beach but other than that it was terrible.

Quick overnight trip.
The motel is definitely an older motel but it was clean. The walls were freshly painted. The floor is old and could replacing. The beds were very comfortable. The tv was small lol but it was fine! The chairs in the room were old and needed to be replaced. But it was clean and smelled good. For a overnight stay for the price in Panama city beach during the summer it was good. Will stay there again!!

Great staff, need to get another maintenance person to help. he has too much to do by him self to keep property safe (the pool ladder broke while family member was getting out, xausing serious injury).

The beach and location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel appearance of the property is not that good. There is also no service . You have to get your pick towels or anything else needed fir the room. There no room cleaning service. Overall for the price I paid and just for 2 nights staying it was okay.
