Furniture is dated and not clean. Issue with AC working because someone turned it off prior to our arrival. Property management company should not advise us to hit breaker switches.

The setting and beach view was fantastic. The unit itself was a little dated but well kept and clean. The outside of the building could use a little refreshing. Overall it was a very good unit and I really enjoyed it.

Amazing trip!
My wife and have been to PCB many times but this stay by far was the best. This was amazing and exactly what we were wanting. Perfect size for a couple and even a couple with a small kid or two. We arrived and found the place to be super clean with anything you might need for a trip. Large bathroom and large king bed with the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever slept on. My wife typically wakes up with neck pain but not with these pillows. Being that this unit is three floors up, you have an amazing view or the ocean as you are right on the beach! You’re literally forty yards from the sand. Crowd was very small so the beach never got crowded ! We will never stay anywhere but here from now on. Love the place love the area. Communication with host was top notch as well. The shower was clogged up and hardly draining. I reached out and they immediately sent someone to take care of it. Book it, you will not regret it.

Really great view of the ocean. Quick walk down to the beach. Condo was as pictured. The pool can be a bit noisy when full of kids while sitting on the balcony. A quick walk to the tasty rolled ice cream shop and a couple souvenir shops. The area (off the condo grounds) along the walk was littered with beer cans & bottles. One of the souvenir shops had some souvenirs for the over 21 group; giving the party vibe and not as family friendly. But all in all it was a good low rise condo in a not so busy area, on a side street (not in the main congested area of PCB) and the view was amazing!!

Perfectly peaceful relaxing weekend
The front entrance is low key, not super flashy but nicely beachy. The property feels lux, homey, has 2 pull out beds in living room, and the bed was perfect for hubby and I. Check in was a breeze and folks were friendly and quiet by rhe pool, this time of year. Close to Jacks amazing restaurant and shops. Private beach and safe vibe walking around at night to the souvenir shop which closes at 10pm. Games, some books and convenient kitchen gear, but bring coffee for brewer, not k cups, l Iike I did, lol. Hope to be back soon. Thanks, Vacasa and VBRO for user friendly apps and supportive customer care for us oldies getting used to e-booking.

Wonderful stay
My husband and I decided to take a short trip to PCB at the last minute. This condo was available and we took it bc it looked nice. WE LOVED IT!!! Clean and on the beach just like we wanted. We will stay here again. Great stay for a couple. We didn’t need property manager but it needed a rating.

Small condo Big views
Condo was very clean. Owner left lots of notes to help navigate our stay in their condo. Only noticed 2 things that need addressed....smoke alarm works well but is hanging off the wall and the lights above the island do not work. Minor issues that did not affect our stay at all. Plenty of seating on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful views. Had an excellent time.

Will never rent with Vacasa again
Not a good experience with Vacasa rentals. We stayed at the Whispering seas in PCB, FL. Vacasa is VERY hard to get ahold of. Never believe them when they say they will return your call or send someone out because it’s never when they say. Was told the parking pass would be left inside but wasn’t so we got a notice that we would have our vehicle towed because they didn’t give us the parking pass. We then tried to contact Vacasa several times and were told over and over that someone would be bringing one but didn’t bring it till the next day. Dirty sheets, fridge was disgusting. Bedroom door broken off hinges. The balcony door was practically broke. Big lack of cleanliness. Would not rent with Vacasa ever again.

Amazing Ocean Views. VERY CLEAN!
This was the perfect affordable getaway for my husband and I. The unit is on the top floor(3) with the center unit. Perfect ocean view!! The weather and water were incredible so that helped : ). The unit was extremely clean and we found living room to be very comfortable. I give this place an A- instead of an A+ because the bed/bedding/pillows were very uncomfortable. Clean! But uncomfortable. New pillows and soft bedding would be my only criticism. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for couples!
