Whether you have never visited the Emerald Coast or you already consider the Gulf Coast your favorite vacation destination, we are confident you will find our newly renovated, designer decorated studio provides the ultimate escape from the everyday! Your next "home away from home" is located in The Village condominium complex which sits along the renowned Scenic Highway 30A nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beaches.

This condo is equipped with the best life has to offer:

On the day you arrive, you'll carry your bags to your new home and you may well find it is the last time you visit your car until the day you depart. The beach, an oasis of a pool, stellar entertainment, fabulous restaurants and unique shopping venues are all within a comfortable walking distance.

The newly completed resort complex is just steps away…enjoy the two pools (one is seasonally heated), hot tub and interactive fountain all nestled amongst comfy seating and tropical landscaping. If you are headed to the beach, simply catch a ride on the community tram which runs from March through October. Don't feel like riding — the pristine white sands of the coast are waiting for you just a 5-minute walk away!

Head downstairs after a relaxing day and enjoy some pizza from a 30A favorite, Pizza By the Sea, or sample scrumptious Tex-Mex at La Cocina Mexican Bar and Grill. Peddler’s Pavilion offers more small eateries and seasonal concert series for your enjoyment. After you've sampled all the fantastic amenities located a minute or two from your front door, take a short walk over to Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach for more shopping and dining!

PLEASE NOTE: The Village community does not allow guests to bring in trailers or boats. If traveling with those items arrangements must be made in advance to have them stored off site. Effective 2022 The Village HOA has banned the use of golf carts, scooters and Mokes. Golf carts / low speed vehicles are not allowed in the neighboring areas of Peddler’s Pavilion, Rosemary and Alys Beaches.

My husband and I picked Rosemary beach for our baby moon and had no plans the entire trip. The condo was in the perfect location for being 34 weeks pregnant. Everything is walking distance! Peddlers was such a cute addition to the complex with coffee, pizza, sweet treats, and bike rentals! The restaurants were phenomenal. The walk or tram to the beach was the perfect distance as well! The condo was exactly as described. So clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful location and great set up!
This property is located just behind Pizza By The Sea at the Village area in Rosemary. It's a 3-5 minute walk to the private beach. The property is updated & the perfect space for 2-4 people. While there is no oven, there's a hot plate, toaster oven & pots and pans so we were able to make biscuits and eggs for breakfast. The full-size fridge allowed us to store all of the food we needed during our stay. The owners thought of everything you need-they had 2 beach chairs, beach umbrellas. The king-size bed was very comfortable and our son slept on the top bunk and we used the bottom bunk to store belongings. The bathroom had a beautiful shower and came with more towels than were specified on the listing. The kitchen also had a Keurig as well as a regular coffee maker. All appliances worked well and there was adequate lighting. The room was extremely humid, due to the FL weather. A dehumidifier would be great in the room as it was difficult to dry towels, but that would be a luxury. The only other suggestion we have is it would have been nice to have a few hooks just outside of the shower to hang towels. Other than those small suggestions, the place is beautifully decorated, well equipped with all of the things you need for a short stay and is conveniently located to the restaurants, shops, and beaches, We will be back!!! Loved it!

Clean studio in an amazing location

This studio was the perfect spot for our family. Our 6 & 4 year old loved the bunk beds! The beds were comfortable. The location is the best. We spent most of our days at the pool which is super close and took the tram to the beach a couple days. This is our second year staying at The Villages at Seacrest and we will continue to bring our family here every year!
