Home Details: The floor features a king master suite, great for those in your group who prefer to avoid the stairs. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The kitchen is well-equipped for the home chef. A powder room for guests is located off the living area as well. The dining room is very spacious with great views of the pool. The upstairs portion of the house does not disappoint with privacy for all 3 bedroom suites and 3 private decks. The king master suite is spacious and offers a double sink area in the bathroom as well as a large walk-in shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom also has a king bed, its own deck and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds, as well as a twin trundle bed, so that all the kids can be together! The ensuite bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo, which is great if you have any youngsters in the group. And yes, even the kids' room has its own deck!
Another added bonus of the upstairs area is the laundry room, which makes it easy to take care of all the family's beachwear and towels.
The star of Sea La Vie is the beautiful private pool (with the option to heat). Plenty of seating makes this a welcoming area for the entire family. A gas grill is an added bonus for the grill-master in your travel group, and the outdoor shower certainly comes in handy after a day at the beach!

Sea La Vie is a spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom dog-friendly home, blending crisp, clean modern decor and the comfort of beach life! The entire family has plenty of room to spread out in this open-concept downstairs living area, which features inviting couches, dining for 8, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, and multiple French doors opening out to the spectacular, private pool area. The Carriage House to Sea La Vie is rented separately but can be rented with the main house. Guests rave about indoor-outdoor living, afternoon cocktails by the pool, comfortable seating all around! This 2-story home has multiple decks, is pet-friendly and is a beautiful serene walk to the beach! You can bike to the beach in 3 minutes or walk in about 10. Guests enjoy walking to local shopping, coffee shops and restaurants, and taking advantage of all Rosemary Beach has to offer!

Was a wonderful experience, walkable to town and beach. Loved having A private pool as well. The air cond wasn’t working on second floor and management noticed, and notified us prior to arriving and already had an ac repair coming. Very helpful Would recommend having extra blankets for use. Would recommend staying here.

This was the first time we had rented this property, and we enjoyed the location and convenience of having a pool. There were a couple of small maintenance issues, but nothing that impacted our enjoyment of the week. Very happy that it was pet friendly as well.

Beautiful house with nice pool. Short walk to the beach. Weather was not the best and beach was closed to soft sand only. No getting in the water. House was well furnished and kitchen well stocked with all cooking supplies we needed.

We rent in Rosemary every summer and it’s my favorite trip of the year. Although the homes range in size and amenities they have all been charming and comfortable to spend time in. This house was neither. The kitchen was small and lacking a pantry or any place to put food and too small to cook in. The living room was dark, sparsely furnished and felt cheap and there was no other place to sit and have coffee or cocktails! It was weird, like they just through some furniture together that they had in storage, one of the couches seemed to be missing the other section. The prettiest part of the house was the staircase! All and all it was not a place you wanted to hang around and spend time which we like to do when we are in town. The management was nice and location was good but it didn’t feel like a Rosemary rental.

Great property close to town and the beach. We rented the main house and the carriage house for our family and friends. The house was very nice and the pool and backyard were perfect for our group. Management team was very responsive and we had no issues with the house at all. It was a great trip!

Great location!
We have vacationed in/at Rosemary area since 1995, just as the neighborhood was birthed. We've rented many homes there and this house is excellent overall! When we arrived, the pool was dirty, with a great deal of sand and debris but the management assured us there had been a "miscommunication" and someone would out asap, they arrived around lunchtime the second day which we felt was reasonable considering the "miscommunication". We had a few minor issues during our stay (flickering strobe-like lightbulb) pool alarm issue, which were repaired very quickly! While the house is a bit beat-up, it is nothing horrible, and what you'd expect with an oft-used pet-friendly rental. We felt comfortable and at home. Seating and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots/pans. Not as much drinkware or storage containers as we would have liked, but I'm sure those tend to "walk away" with alarming frequency! There are no basic salt/pepper staples, so plan for that. There were coffee filters for the Mr. Coffee brand maker.

The house was beautiful with everything you need for a week at the beach. The beds are all comfortable with very nice linens. We really enjoyed the big screen tv for watching movies. The house is an easy walk to restaurants and shops. There were only 3 of us but the house can easily accommodate a larger group.

Great location!
We've stayed in a lot of properties over the years and this was definitely one of the best and as advertised. The house is in great condition for a rental, clean, and everything is in proper working order. Location is a plus too since you are within walking distance to everything. And of course, the private pool is a must!

The property and the area is magnificent! Everything is high quality and even better than the pictures. We had our entire family and parents and everyone loved it. The 1% negative is the carriage house had another group in it and it created an awkward situation. Nothing terrible and we had a fantastic vacation. Highly recommend.

We’ve been going to rosemary beach for 5 years now and have stayed in all types of homes and areas (luxury, standard, big, small) depending on who we’ve traveled with. This house was great for the 3 families we traveled with. The pool/backyard was a great size and probably one of the bigger private pools we’ve seen. The kitchen was very small but had most things needed (minus a lime squeezer). The location is on the north side of 30a but really we were able to get to the beach very easily with the walkovers we didn’t mind being a little further set back from the beach. Very close walk to the new donut shop and amaveda coffee shop. Really liked the location and the pool. Would stay here again for sure. The flooring in the kitchen looks dirty Bc of stains but otherwise pretty clean when we arrived.

The house was so nice and updated. Our family loved the pool. The location was perfect. It was a short walk to the beach and a short walk to Barrett Square. We used the bikes everyday. The property manager was very responsive and easy to work with. We would stay here again.

Property was clean an ideal for our family of 5 plus 3 guests. We had all we needed and the kids enjoyed the pool. It is not on the beach side but riding the bikes it is a 3-minute ride to the beach entrance. You can walk or bike to all the restaurants and stores. We go to Rosemary Beach every year and this one of the best properties we have stayed in.

Great stay but the property had lots of problems that needed attending. That was disappointing for the amount we were paying. The manager was excellent and prompt. Location is A+, pool kept up well, but lots of needed repairs.
