The Watercrest is centrally located on the beach on Thomas Drive. It is close to entertainment, attractions, amusement parks and the premier restaurants in the area.

You will have plenty of room, in this extremely spacious, three bedroom, three bath, fully furnished condominium with a private balcony, overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The two spacious master suites both have king-sized beds the third bedroom has 2 queen beds. There is also a sleeper sofa.
The open floor design is complimented by the large windows facing the beach. This condo is remodeled and tastefully decorated and in excellent condition, with comfortable quality furniture in all rooms. The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator/ice-maker, dishwasher and microwave. This unit is completely stocked with all the necessities for a fun, relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

This property is just as advertised. The layout was perfect for our family. Easy walk onto the beach. The beach service was wonderful. We did have to go reserve every morning but there were plenty of chairs available. Security was on site day and night keeping things safe. Be sure to have the parking pass displayed because it is checked for daily. We put it in the glove box one day as we were driving around and forgot to put it back on display and we did get a warning ticket. We had a great stay overall and would definitely book here again!

The condo was exactly as described. The storage in the kitchen and master bath are amazing. The unit was clean and well stocked. The owner was easy to reach when we arrived and did not have parking passes or pool bands. This issue was resolved in less than an hour. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Getaway
We love this condo! It’s very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to feel like you’re at home. My father is in a wheelchair and he easily gets around the condo. It’s beautifully decorated with plenty of room for 10 of us. The view from the balcony is amazing! The owner responds quickly to inquiries. We will definitely book this condo again

I booked this condo mainly for its location! I loved the view and my girlfriends did too! It was a bachelorette trip and we all had a great time! The only issues we had was really spotty internet (probably due to everyone at the beach vacaying too) and one of the king beds was uncomfortable. Other than that their really isn’t anything to complain about! Ray was super easy to communicate with and he texted the day of and day before about check in and check out. I would absolutely recommend this condo and I would definitely book again!! You can beat that gorgeous view!! I just wish we could have stayed longer!!

This Place was clean and very comfortable.
This property is well maintained and clean. The manager was quick to respond to my texts and was helpful. The pool and hottubs were very nice. On the down side, the elevators in this place are in need of a major overhaul. The two mane ones were remodeled while we were there but it didnt help the way they function. There are 4 elevator and the 4 days we were there only 2 were ever running at 1 time, never all 4. The HOA really needs to take a look at this.

North-East Snow Birds
The condo was perfect for us as a winter get away from the north-east snow & ice. Ray & Beverly were truly great hosts, Ray responded very promptly to me from my initial inquiry about the condo and straight through until departure. We appreciated the on-site parking, that was monitored by the staff. Check-in could not of been easier! The condo had many upscale luxuries that we appreciated such as firm mattresses, comfortable sheets..... a few nights were unseasonable cool where an extra blanket (there were none in the condo) would have been welcomed. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need including a blender! We absolutely loved the balcony area, this was our favorite hang out place, morning until evening. It was oversized which made it comfortable to sit outside and enjoy the sound of the ocean and watch the beach activity (dolphins, para-gliders...). The pub table and chairs were great for dining outdoors on nice evenings. From the posted pictures, we knew that we would not be comfortable on the plastic stackable chairs, so we brought our own oversized-padded folding chairs with us. I highly recommend this if it is an option. Having a comfortable chair to relax in was a good move on our part as we spent many hours enjoying the balcony. We used the gym most mornings, it was small but very clean and well equipped for our needs. I can not say enough about how well the complex was taken care of. Every morning (8:00am) they were cleaning the pool and spraying down the lounge chairs with disinfectant, someone was always present cleaning around the complex keeping it very tidy. The complex does not allow music around the pool (love this), only headphones, which made it very nice for relaxing and reading, although we did have a couple neighbors that blasted music from their balcony, but they were only there for a few days, thank goodness! I highly recommend this condo and we thank Ray & Barbara for hosting us. We plan on returning next year.
