The walk-up first floor features on each half a huge kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room and seating area. First floor patio has large dining table & sectional for your enjoyment. The upstairs features a large prep and living area perfect for small events & has an arcade machine! It features 2 spacious bedrooms & 2 more bathrooms plus an upstairs balcony.

- Spacious dining area and fully equipped kitchen. SMART TV 55"
- Bedroom 1 = 1 King Bed, SMART TV 43" + private full bathroom
