Casa Blanca is a bright, spacious apartment, located in a bustling local community in close proximity to the local food market, convenience stores and other amenities. It allows you to really connect to the place and people. The Home: Enter through a private staircase leading you to the 3rd floor apartment. You will be greeted with an large, bright, open living space that is shared with a large kitchen and dining area. This is the perfect place for socializing with family and friends. Drop your bags and relax. Living Room: The living room features a large comfortable couch and 2 oversize arm chairs. Enjoy your friends with included board and card games or a good book. There is also WiFi throughout the home for your electronic devices. Kitchen: The kitchen comes complete with all the basics to cook a meal, enjoy a cup of hot tea or coffee (included) from the coffee station, or maybe reheat some delicious local cuisine in the microwave. We also provide basic condiments needed to enjoy your meal (sugar, salt, pepper, ketchup and olive oil.) There is also clean drinking water. Casa Blanca is equiped with pots, pans, glassware, utensils and dishes to give you all the tools you would have in your own kitchen. There is also dish soap, scrubbers, and dish towels to tidy up after your meal. Bedrooms: There are 3 large bedrooms. More like Junior Suites! The 1st bedroom has a queen bed, 4 fluffy jumbo pillows, a comfy couch, work desk and chair. 32in tv with Netflix & WiFi can be found in every room. Take advantage of a wardrobe for your convenience. Unpack and relax. The second bedroom is similar to bedroom 1 including a queen bed. The slight difference is there is a futon instead of a couch. It converts to an additional sleeping space if needed. The 3rd bedroom has 3 twin beds. All other amenities are the same in all 3 rooms. Terrace/Balcony: And then there's the shared terrace. Beautiful panoramic view of the lake, volcanoes, mountains, waterfall and all-around beauty. There is a covered area if needed to escape the rain or sun. Plenty of room for friends and family to socialize or reconnect. The views are simply amazing! Rain or Shine. We have also provided solar lights so that you can enjoy the wonderful terrace even when the sun goes down. Have fun with your private roof top view! Casa Blanca is waiting for you! The entrance has a secure locked door and another to enter your 3rd floor apartment. You will have access to the entire 3rd floor and terrace (minus locked supply closet in the apartment). Please make sure that entrance and apartment doors are locked upon entering and exiting. There will be me or a co-host to greet you, assist with directions and parking, deliver the keys and provide the initial walk thru of the apartment. We are here to be of service so feel free to inquire about any additional services that might be needed. From transportation to arranging excursions, finding a place to eat or even a place to get landry done, we are here to make your vacation experience a great one. Beautiful weather. Between 65 and 75 degrees on most days. Awesome scenery in every direction. Lake views, mountains, waterfalls are everywhere. Tuk Tuks àre the best way to get around Panajachel. Just a Q5 ride per person to most places in Panajachel. I got a guy if you need one.
