Great location. Comfortable condo
The checkin process was very easy. The staff was helpful and nice. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable with a great location close to the pool. We would stay again.

A Disappointing Vacation Experience
I used to stay at this property as a timeshare. It was relaxing and people who were out of control at the pool were asked to leave. My first day I went to the pool and was greeted near the bar with a group of drunk men swearing and using foul remarks about women and sex. They were loud and out of control. The bartenders heard it and no one did anything to have them removed from the premises. Families and children were there that could hear and see them.The next day was no better. I was planning to have my family visit at the end of the week, but certainly would not have them come to this place. I had other places to go for the next 3 days, so used my room to sleep. My room was located at the far end of Bldg 4 overlooking the trash and laundry access below.No view of the pool, desert or mountain areas. I checked out 2 days early and found another place to stay. This was a waste of money, misrepresentation of the room location and a very frustrating and disappointing vacation experience. I would not recommend this vacation condo.

Exactly what was advertised
Stayed in a 1 bedroom for 1 week. It was fully equipped, clean, comfortable bed, exactly what was advertised! The pool was great, waterslide was fun, poolside bar offered lots of drinks and food that was great! Staff was friendly and upbeat at the pool and reception always kept in touch making sure we had everything to make our stay enjoyable! Highly recommend this resort for families and couples.

Convenient location and great pool!
Rental experience was just as expected, easy payment process and the condo was as advertised. The complex was very convenient to downtown Palm Springs. We were excited to learn about the Thursday street fair and free museum entrance. The pool is great and has a good little bar. I wish the bar was open past 7:30p for drinks or food. Check in was easy, be sure to request early check in ahead of time if you need it They recently transitioned to Hilton and tried to get us to join a timeshare presentation which was a little unexpected. Overall, great experience.

Palm Springs get away
The property was well kept and clean. We enjoyed a very relaxing vacation there. The personnel at the resort were top notch and couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly.
