This is a nice affordable place to stay the night. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable with clean fresh, white sheets and pillowcases. The shower was relaxing and provided a wonderful syream of warm to hot water.the vanity area was large and bright. A microwave and generous size refrigerator. Thank you for pleasant stay.

I am submitting a complaint regarding a severe cockroach infestation I experienced during my stay at this hotel. When I entered the room, I immediately observed multiple cockroaches throughout the space, including on the bed, the sheets, the walls, and inside the restroom. At one point, a cockroach even entered my ear, which was extremely distressing and unsafe.I also had food (a pizza) placed on the table in the room, and I discovered cockroaches crawling inside the food, making it unsafe to eat and forcing me to throw it away. The level of infestation made the room uninhabitable and raised serious concerns regarding sanitation, pest control, and potential contamination.

ROACH HOTEL My girlfriend and I checked in and immediately noticed a strong odor in the room — turns out it was masking something far worse. The floor under the carpet was literally rotting, soft, and uneven. We tried to shrug it off because it’s a budget hotel, but things went downhill fast. That evening, we found bugs in the bathtub. Annoying, but we still tried to give the place the benefit of the doubt. The next morning, we woke up to cockroaches — on the walls, in the drawers, and one even fell from the ceiling and nearly landed on my girlfriend. At that point we evacuated the room. We had to move to another hotel last-minute (extra cost), and now we’re laundering everything we own to make sure we don’t take any unwanted “souvenirs” home. My girlfriend is immune-compromised, so the concern about breathing in mold, droppings, and whatever else was in that room is very real. The front desk staff acknowledged “they’ve been having a problem,” then told us to have a nice day. No apology, no refund, no discount — nothing. We’re now taking this up with Expedia. Do yourself a favour: stay literally anywhere else. This place needs a full shutdown and a deep remediation before anyone should be sleeping here.

The air conditioner was noisy. The door to the toilet room would not close. The room smelled like wet dog. The pillows were lumpy. The bedside light was dangerous. There was no shampoo or lotion. The mattress felt like it was the box springs. There were no plug ins unless you unplugged something. The privacy curtain couldn't be used as it covered the noisy air conditioner.

The room smelt of cigarettes even though it was non smoking (was told they wound make “a note”). The door was previously broken into (you can tell on the door framing) We also found 5 baby cockroaches in the room between 1:00am-5:00am including on the headboard of the bead. We were forced to leave at 5:00 am because of it (no refund/apologies were given). We also noticed a lot of drug addicts on the property either using substances in/around their car or walking around the outside of rooms. Worst hotel I have stayed in by far please take your $ somewhere else. This place is one of the cheapest in town for a reason.
