What a great spot! Comfortable space, great parking. Only one serious down turn... they had landscapers with chain saws buzzing hedges literally outside my door at 8:45am. If I'd been asleep for more than 3 hrs that wouldn't have been so annoying, albeit it still would have been very loud and disruptive. Checkout is at 11... it would have been nice if they would have saved that for closer to departure time.
We stayed in a cabin. It was clean, pretty, comfortable, and quiet. We would stay again. One request would be for warmer blankets for the twin bunks and pull out couch bed.
We recently booked here to stay for the Coachella weekend. It is a great place to stay. It’s close to the venue. It has complete amenities and the place is clean. No problems with access and parking. I recommend to stay here if you are going to events in the Empire polo club area.
Super clean and cozy. Loved all the amenities available. There’s a little front yard available with a grill super fun. Also very private, there are neighbors but everyone is respectful. Would definitely recommend
This property was the perfect and quiet spot for us to stay while we were visiting for Coachella. Very clean and loved how quiet it was after we got back from a long day.
Way overpriced for what you get. The ad says sleeps 6, but the sofa bed only sleeps 1 and it will be uncomfortable for an adult. I would not count on sleeping in that bed arrangement. The place felt grimy and not enough linens for sleeping arrangements.
I was misled into thinking I was going to rent a 2-bedroom cottage which in fact was false. I paid a higher price for a two-bedroom and was not given a two-bedroom. In fact, the resort does not have 2-bedroom cottages. The first night we had no running water in the kitchen and when they finally fixed the problem the following day it splashed everywhere. The toilet was NOT working properly for one night. One of the legs of the bed broke in the middle of the night and we slept on a downward slope. We were not allowed to use the swimming pull because they had a 30 person policy which was not on Expedia's website. When we tried to get the help we were bounced around and know one knew anything. We had to wait for the manager who was not present at the time. I asked for a refund for at least one full day that we did not have running water, proper toilet accessibility, and I was asked to call the EXPEDIA in South America CHILE! Both Expedia and the Palm Springs RV Resort ripped me off and I would NEVER and WARN you not to use this resort and I also hold Expedia accountable for the misleading information on the website. I'm still trying to get a refund. The location is also terrible you can hear the traffic off the 10 freeway all night and is away from all the major national parks.
The cabin was small but efficient and clean. The kids enjoyed the bunkbeds. The mattresses were very firm - hard to sleep on... and not having wifi or working TV was tough with kids and very cold and windy weather outside. Also, the RV Park is near the freeway and train tracks - so some noise. The staff were very helpful and the place was well kept and organized. With Covid restrictions - it was tough having 2 six year olds without much to do outside.
