The room itself wasn’t cleaned properly. There was a fake nail on the side of the bed and some stains on the bathroom baseboards. The rest of the hotel was nice and the people were courteous and professional.

The embassy suites is nice and spacious! We love staying here. However, when I booked our room and checked in, the front desk informed me that they were at capacity and could not give me room. I don’t understand how it’s possible to book a room when if true, it was at capacity. There’s definitely a communication issue that I sadly had to suffer. After waiting around I asked about it again and somehow they gave me a room. We go into the room and notice it was dirty and the a/c did not work. I called the front desk and they sent a worker to see if they could fix- which they couldn’t so then they moved us to another room. It was clean and A/c worked. But they had just denied me a room and somehow there were two possibly more available. Hmmmm everyone was friendly but what a nightmare.

The room was very dated. When you stay at a Hilton property you expect a higher quality. The room was dusty and dirty. Only two towels were provided. We can hear the person above us walking in the middle of the night. There should some structural barrier so you don't hear someone walking. We left without taking a shower since it was dirty and it smelled like it was fumigated. I told this to the front desk at checkout and he didn't say anything to me.

The location was good, the front office staff was very nice. The house keeping service was horrible. On our 3 night stay, the housekeeping staff only made up one of the two beds and did not clean the room. Not sure what they were doing in the room? They also left our front door unsecured, luckily we did not have anything missing from the room. The bathroom door was falling apart at the bottom of the door and it look like black spots on the door like mold.
