I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place in West Palm Beach, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, with easy access to downtown attractions and beautiful beaches. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast options and the on-site bar, which provided a great place to unwind in the evenings. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

They charged me the whole stay when my airline cancelled my flight because of weather related.. and when I explained to them they didn’t care or accommodate not even a credit… when I told them I was working in the area and I can use it at a later time… That’s just really BAD Service !!!!!!! Never again will I stay in a Hyatt and told my Company not to no longer block any rooms with them going forward!!

Staff is very friendly, had a speedy check in. The room is super clean, everything looks new! The only negative was the sheets were not comfortable, a little scratchy for me. The space around the bed is tight..: not much room to get around the other side. However, minor details and we were here for an overnight stay not a vacation. The room had plenty of towels and space to he comfortable. Breakfast was good, hot with expected selections. Location was nice too. Overall, I would stay here again for an overnight or two.
