The room was always spotless and ALL staff were amazing! The front desk ladies were absolutely amazing and helped us from check in to leaving to the airport. The shuttle drivers couldn't of been nicer, always joking around and seemed to really enjoy the job. Well done Doubletree and we see you again!

The rooms smelled of mold. The ventilation system needs to be upgraded. It is so stuffy and moldy in those rooms. It is ridiculous. I could not sleep because of the mill-dewey smell. Horrible!!! and I did notify the staff immediately. I switched room seven times. The manager on site was very apologetic and tried to accommodate. I will say that.
