Nice local motel
Hotel is older, nice and well kept. Enjoyed watching some olympic coverage with channels available. Room was clean and comfortable. If you miss the turn off the highway, double back -you won't get another chance! The parking lot has some (normal for the climate and area) deep potholes so go carefully.

Great No Frills Hotel!
Great little no frills hotel, located conveniently in reach of hot springs. Very friendly, accommodating staff and cozy rooms with comfortable beds, microwave, refrigerator and TV. Simple but adequate continental breakfast. Not crazy about 10am checkout, but not a big issue for us. Will return again!

Neat and clean Inn.
I felt very safe traveling alone and staying here. The little balcony was fun. Breakfast was nice. Owner/manager was extremely helpful with any questions I had about Pagosa Springs. Will stay again.

It is a quaint hotel close to downtown Pagosa Springs. The breakfast is served in a cosy area. Kudos to the owner for providing non disposable dishes: plates, cups & bowls. We discovered nearby the Pagosa Springs performing center, a pure jewel. The musical show "Beauty & the Beast was outsanding!!

Great place to stay and visit hot springs
Very nice place to stay and also very good service. Someone is alway available at the service window and offers help. There are hot springs 2 miles away and good place to go and enjoy. The only thing could be better is its breakfasts- very basic and not meat.

Musical floors
The floors throughout the hotel squeak notably. We had a good laugh about our “musical floors”. An older hotel that is decently maintained and pretty clean! We would stay here again, especially for the price point.
