This renovated two bedroom / two bathroom furnished condo in a secure gated community features an attached garage, washer dryer, gym, pool, spa, peekaboo beach views, cool breezes and the sound of breaking waves. Unit is across the street from the beach entrance; less than 1 minute walk.

The living and dining area offers an open concept layout with a gas fireplace, dining area, television/cableTV/Internet, and access to a private patio with furniture and gas BBQ. The galley style kitchen offers stainless steel appliances; toaster, coffee maker, and dining/ serving bar. There is service for eight and cookware.

The primary suite offers a bay window with ocean views, Cal King bed, ceiling fan, plenty of closet space, a desk and lounge area. The master bath features a double sink vanity and private shower.

The guest room offers a queen size bed, ceiling fan, large closet and slider access to the private patio and is just across from the guest bath with tub, shower and vanity.

There is an inflatable Aerobed in the storage area for a guest, if needed.
