The staff here are fantastic, the room was spotless, and the breakfast very good value. If the weather hadn’t been so awful we would’ve also enjoyed the rooftop terrace 😎. Thanks for a great stay.

Staff excellent always helpful. Room was clean, begins of mould showing in the bathroom. Done believe the ‘courtyard claim, it’s just a rows of rooms with little style. All your window (which doesn’t open) does is let some light in. You’re staring at the room window of the person oppos, truly awful. Massively overpriced for a room with no view.

It showed there was parking on web site. Then was told that I had to use public parking. There was no directions so I had to look it up but one lot was full and then had to find another lot. Our room was handicap which was not helpful to us and hard to take a shower. They did not tell us we were staying in handicap room. Door to bathroom was clear so light went into room.

Wonderful stay! Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by Joshua at the front desk who checked us in early, gave us a tourist map, and offered excellent recommendations for sightseeing, shopping, and eating. The room was clean and comfortable. Two small bottles of water were provided daily. The hotel is located on a quiet stree and a short walk from the railway station, Westgate shopping centre, Oxford University buildings and restaurants galore. Perfect base for exploring Oxford!

Nice accommodations for the price in the centre of Oxford. Lack of parking is a weak point and the front desk was not clear on directions to the public car park. Additionally it was not advertised that there was some disabled parking at the hotel which would have helped me tremendously if known.
