Great stay! Hotel is a little weathered, but that’s to be expected on the OBX! Friendly and helpful staff. All our needs were met. Breakfast was great! BEAUTIFUL AND EXCEPTIONAL VIEWS!!!! Will definitely return - with our dog, as this place is incredibly pet-friendly!!!
The location was incredible right on the beach beautiful views. Breakfast was good. Fast elevators.
The room was adequate and dated. The door locking mechanism was rusted and missing screws, half the time it wouldn’t open even though the electronic lock would disengage.

It was a well kept hotel. Good breakfast, seaside location, nice pool, friendly, helpful staff. It was everything I was looking for. This is a great budget place to stay.
Kind of outdated, the beds were a bit smaller than what i usually expect at hotels, but thats okay. The rooms are clean, but did have a smell to them, (most beach hotels do) sprayed some febreeze which hid it until I left. The staff was very kind and efficient. Parking was easy and i have a largr vehicle.
The hotel was beyond what we expected. Pet friendly, great parking, nice staff, clean room, delicious free breakfast, beautiful deck and pool, amazing beach access, perfect beach, wonderful ocean view, convenient location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a vacation to the Outer Banks.

I love to stay at Comfort Inn South. Front desk Staff is professional and always available to answer questions. Clean all around hotel. Comfy beds and linens in rooms. House keeping very nice and helpful. The whole staff is nice. Parking area is nice. Breakfast is good everyday. Love the deck, swiming pool , shower and access to beach. Great restaurants and activities to explore. Love it there!! Thanks!!!
Comfort Inn South has been a favorite for its location on the beach & close to Jeanette’s Pier & restaurants. It’s very clean & everyone was friendly & helpful.
Hotel did not have my reservation in their system when I checked in and I had to wait 40 minutes to sort this out. Pillows about half the size of a normal twin pillow.
The overall was wonderful!! Everyone was so nice and welcoming!! The air conditioning was not working the first night but when I let them know the next day, it wasn’t 2 hours until they put another one in! Our next night was nice!! Would recommend you to my friends and family!!
