The layout:
This one level space has elegant, yet tasteful decor throughout. The entrance opens up into the living space and kitchen. The kitchen comes with all the essential tools you will need to make the perfect meal. The bedroom hosts a queen size bed and flat screen tv, perfect for those late-night movies. Walk downstairs to a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a full bathroom.

Parking:
There are one parking space allocated for this condo in front of the building.

Interaction with Guests:
We are SO glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 9 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch. #priorities

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am.  Events, parties or gatherings in or around the home are forbidden. Tents are not allowed on property. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.

We love pets, however we have some limitations. The Cardinal Cottage has a one pet maximum with a 75lb maximum weight per dog. There is a $100 non-refundable pet deposit that is required when you are bringing your fur friend along. Please make sure that your pet(s) are leashed while you are out and about Heritage Harbor. Also, your pet must be caged if you decide to leave fido unattended. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking these rules.

We kindly remind our guests of our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness of our properties. This policy applies to all animals. Non-compliance with either policy will result in a $300 fine.
