Excellent breakfast! Parking under the building was easy and we had great rooms. The large laundry area had plenty of machines and was free - really appreciated after a long time travelling.

The room was Big and good. The staff was really nice and did a lit to make us welcome. But the breakfast-lounge was small and to many people were eating at the same time - and the so called VIP-lounge wasn’t a real lounge

The service itself is good but We wanted to extend for 1 more night. And trying to see if there might be an option for a discount as a customer who wishes to pay more. And was really surprised with a hotel representative stating that “this is Canada” with bad attitude as if foreigners can’t have rights to express their opinions. Stated by the only one guy who was at receptions others were ladies happened on 22nd November 2025 around 10:30 Am. I straight checked out and got another good hotel with $45 lower.

I had a comfortable stay. The room was clean, well-lit, and cozy. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to heat up or cook meals, which was very convenient. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and moisturizer. Fresh towels were provided in plenty, and I appreciated the hair dryer and the small lighted vanity mirror as well. The only inconveniences were the lack of accessible power outlets near the bed or sofa for charging my phone and earphones, and the blanket had torn borders. Other than that, everything else was great.
