Sad, not enough care
The care needed is just not there. Ex. No mattress cover, bathtub not cleaned with proper materials, just no care. Some equipment did not work well. Not my first experience there

We used to st ay at the property all the time but lately we've noticed extremely dirty this last time we just spent an overnight trip at this Ramada location, the floor were dirty, under the bed has never been vacuumed or swept, hallways are dirty, smelly, the bed had hair on the sheets. We just got the vibe this time that that their interpretation of clean is not ours. We had two rooms, the first room was terribly dirty and the second room which he said oh yes it will be clean this time was just about as bad. You're looking for some place clean this is not the place.

L’hôtel est en rénovation, les photos c’est les nouvelles chambres, faite attention ce n’est pas représentatif!! Il essaye de vous mettre dans des chambres en mauvaise état… nous étions 3 couples avec des suites de luxe ( seulement 1 couple qui a reçu une grande suite sans la salle bain rénové comme sur les photos) un couple lui le divan lit defoncé et leur matelas et nous nous avons changer de chambre 3 fois… ils nous on dédommager avec les déjeuners inclut. Le staff est très gentil, mais cette hôtel a besoin de beaucoup d’amour et il devrait mettre la mention en rénovation….

The front desk staff gave a key to room already occupied. They know nothing about means to go to casino or anything related to events ( hours etc) in nearby casino. In the room no information about check in/ot, about in room service any usefully phones ( emergency, food delivery, tourist attraction). Long time before hot water started to flow in the shower. Rooms relatively clean, main corridor terrible
