This hotel was built in 2019 and is modern and clean with a great hot breakfast. Small indoor pool for swimmers and a well equipped fitness room. Costco and many restaurants and shops directly across this major intersection. Staff were very helpful despite some computer glitches during check-in process. Definitely a great place to stay in Barrhaven-Ottawa West/Fallowfield area.

The lady works in breakfast room is very rude
I love this hotel so much, maybe because is quite new, nice and clean!! The hooks inside the bathroom is a big bonus, always wonder why other hotel never have that. The breakfast is ok, our family booked for 3 nights, it was good until the last day the lady works in the breakfast room was rude, my husband was asking for more waffle batter she screamed to him and pointed that way don't you see is there!!!! Obviously is empty and she goes you have to wait in a rude tone!! We are not a sensitive people, we do accept staffs busy always need to wait, I just want to say overall is good except for the lady, and won't be consider going back to this hotel. We are there to enjoy our holiday not to take attitude from her. This employee would ruined the whole hotel's reputation.

The room was bigger than expected, lots of space for the whole family. Loved the room, very clean, modern furniture. Overall a really good experience, the only downside is I wish I could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the pool and fitness room.

I stayed here as the hotel is close to the Nepean BMX track and I was volunteering for the Capital Nationals. It saves me from driving in and out of Barrhaven everyday on that weekend. Love the quietness and the size of the room

Great stay with bogus upgrade
We always stay at this Hampton Inn on the way to and from the east coast to northern Ontario. Our stay was great as always. I did find it funny that for the 2nd time I was told there were no king rooms left and therefore they were upgrading us to a suite, and when we got to the room it was just that....a room. It's obviously something desk staff is told to say and it's just silly and I'd prefer they didn't. Other than that, no complaints.

The hotel is very acceptable for its location and services. Good price-quality ratio. I had problems with billing. The bill had been split at our arrival and we had been advised of the $50 deposit that would be deducted within a few days.What happened is that one person was totally charged ,not the other one and I had an extra $90 charged to my card. I was told it was accounting gymnastics and the extra charge would go away. CALL the programmer and get that removed or at least advise the client. As for the charge not being split it is still a mystery but the friend and I will handle it.
