This is the only place we stay when in Ottawa. It is clean, the staff are second to none, the breakfast (while super busy) is amazing, and the location is great.

Great overall stay. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable. Free breakfast was good with lots of options. However, I took away one star because my room faced the road and I could sometimes hear traffic noise when a truck or a motorcycle drove by. It wasn’t a big deal for me but if you’re a light sleeper this could be an issue.

The staff were all super friendly and approachable. The lady managing the breakfast area, Hillary, was warm and super friendly. She put a smile on our face every morning. You could tell she honestly loved her job, and interacting with people.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice, the pool was warm, and staff were friendly. We had dinner at the hotel next door. Breakfast had lots of variety, but all the tables were full so we ate in our room.
