" The pictures don’t do this perfect spot justice. The views are incredible! The house is tucked away on a quiet street with plenty of privacy, but just a short drive to town (10 minutes tops). I can’t say enough about the breathtaking views. The house was spotless, well appointed, and had all the little touches that make you not want to leave. We cooked, drank wine, played cards (for hours), and laughed until we cried. Perfect space for lifelong friends who decided on a whim to ditch their kids & spouses and escape. Internet is strong enough to take video calls and connect to a VPN (boo for having to work). The owner was responsive, communicative, and accommodating. We’re already looking at dates to rebook!"

The beach is fabulous and access was easy for us even with one recovering from recent knee surgery. Would love to return."

"John and Julianne the new innkeepers were so incredibly warm and welcoming. I loved how comfortable the "standard" room was. It had a lovely fireplace that I used every day of my 4 night stay. Breakfast was incredible, fresh made each morning. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location is just far enough from the hustle of Cannon Beach to make everything seem more relaxed, but you are close enough to make it to Cannon Beach for dining and shopping options if that is what you are looking for. There is some highway noise, but I could also hear the ocean waves so I wasn't bothered at all. "

"My wife and I have stayed at dozens of the nicer vacation rentals in the US. With all things considered, this one is in the top two or three. Features that really stuck out included the privacy, view, easy access to the very walkable beach, modern remodeling, amazingly well-stocked kitchen, high-quality appliances, plentiful firewood, cleanliness (including the view windows), everything worked, closeness to Cannon Beach and excellent restaurants, and ample, comfortable outdoor seating. The beds were somewhat small and low, but adequate. Overall, this is a great place."

"This was hands down the most beautiful location we have ever stayed! It is like your own little private slice of heaven. From the height the property is at, it was easy to see whales out in the ocean, and the sunsets over the water were beautiful. The upstairs apartment was perfect for our needs as it was just my husband and I. The only negatives was that the upstairs bed was murder on our backs. Halfway through our visit we started sleeping in the downstairs bed, which was much more comfortable. In spite of the bed, this was hands down our favorite VRBO stay yet. We will be back!"
