The small romantic holiday home
Villa asterisk FREE WiFi
was actually planned and set up for the owners themselves. Due to frequent requests from vacationers, we decided to rent the small villa to guests.
The holiday home was built according to a construction typical of the Baltic Sea resort of Prerow, a colored facade with a clad gable made of larch wood, wooden windows in country house style and a multicolored front door individually decorated by carpenters. On the sunny wooden terrace you can relax and enjoy breakfast or listen to the birds singing in the adjacent forest with coffee and cake.
On about 48 square meters of living space, it offers space for 2 people and invites you to relax with its lovingly selected furnishings.

Storm weeks from November to February (except 19. 12. - 06. 01.) only 469.- incl. All NK, bed linen, firewood, 1 bottle of red wine and final cleaning, plus Tax.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a fireplace. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a phone, as well as a desk and a microwave.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus für 2
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa Sternchen verbracht. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Es ist auch angenehm ruhig und trotzdem nicht zu weit weg von Sachen wie Bäcker oder Restaurants.

Gemütlicher Rückzugsort
Wir haben die 2 Wochen in der gemütlichen Villa Sternchen sehr genossen. Betreuung durch den Vermieter sehr freundlich, ausführliche Instruktionen vor Ort und detailgetreue Beschreibung online. Prerow war in Coronazeiten sehr überlaufen, umso mehr haben wir uns nach unseren Radtouren und Wanderungen gefreut, abends in das kleine aber wirklich feine Feriendomizil heimzukommen, das sehr ruhig nah am Waldrand liegt. Der Darss ist wunderschön und wir kommen gerne wieder in die Villa Sternchen.

Das Haus hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Es ist sehr stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. So kann man sich Urlaub nur wünschen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub.

Klein und fein.....
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem kleinen, feinen Häuschen. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man alles erkunden und ist in 5 Min. am Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein wirkliches Traum-Häuschen - die Villa Sternchen
Sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und dann noch sehr liebevolle Vermieter!!! Danke für eine Zeit, in der wir uns sehr wohl und heimelig gefühlt haben! So waren die Tage in Prerow trotz "Sauwetter" ein Hochgenuß. Wir wollen es wie Paulchen Panther machen: ...unbedingt wiederkommen!
