I stayed here twice on the same trip, and had atypical experiences. The first stop, the upgraded room I paid for had not yet been cleaned when I entered the room. They moved me to another room, but that was a standard room. They didn’t mention that until I noticed when I walked into the room. No one at reception answered the phone when I went to ask to have the upgrade charge removed from my bill, so I had to go down to the front desk again. Not a huge deal, but inconvenient for sure. While I was there, I confirmed my reservation for several days later. I said I did not need an early check in nor breakfast. When I arrived, both were on my bill. The front desk staff laughed at me and said “well, you signed up for them.” I assured him I didn’t. Then I went to collect a stored bag that I left with them and had to navigate their chaotic bag storage room for 10 minutes to find my bag. Just not a remotely seamless stay either time. All that said, the rooms are nice, great water pressure, powerful hair dryers, and conveniently located. I trust others will likely have a simpler time.
