They had given our room away after I had emailed them to let them know we would be arriving late. They then put us in a different Radisson location (taxi was paid by them as location was less than 2 miles) and then we went back to the original location the last two nights. Service was subpar and no apology from Radisson Blu Plaza. The two female attendants were nonchalant about the issue.

Check in is very very slow. I was charged for the room althou the booking and payment was made by my tour leader. I will not stay in this hotel again.

My stay was okay. Sup par. The room had stains on the floor, the tables weren’t cleaned properly. You have to take separate elevators to get to the top floors then still take like 4 floors of stairs just to get to the tiny pool(nothing like the photos) the shower is basically on the toilet so the water gets everywhere.. disappointed by the facility as it had a lot of potential and is beautiful in the lobby.

Our first room was very warm because of the summer weather and no AC. The guest relations manager, Joao Ferreira, moved us into a beautiful room that was much cooler and resulted in a fantastic stay in Oslo.

Made me feel like a queen.
Amazing service! I am having a travel nightmare in Norway and they treated me so kindly. Gave me an upgrade and made sure i had everything i needed. Above and beyond service. The room is amazing. So clean and spacious. The bed is luxurious with soft pillows and buttery soft sheets. I am in hotel heaven.
