Location, room, and breakfast were all great. Breakfast the best we've had alongside that of the best Melia hotels.
Check-in was the only poor part. We stood there for quite a while without any one offering to check us in, despite staff being there (they all just carried on typing). When we approached the desk we were told, sorry Im busy, and one of my colleagues will be with you in a minute. No apology for the wait, no requests to the two other colleagues who were present to welcome us either. We just stood there for another 3 mins before eventually one of the staff come out of the office and checked us in.
