Staff was not great, they forgot I had called a week in advance requesting to pay for a late check out. I was told a note was made on my account. They had no idea when I checked in, was able to pay for it then. Then the day I was supposed to check out they called me at 11 am (paid for check out at 4pm) as I was getting ready for competing in a bodybuilding Show, telling me I had to check out. Thank goodness I kept the receipt for the late checkout I paid for and had to insist I paid for the 4pm check out. The check out was difficult, The staff took their sweet time and were not helpful. The sheets were dirty, and stains on the couch.

Hotel doesn’t take debit/visa for security deposit (I booked with it). “We only take credit card” she said. “Cool I have that on my phone!”. “Have to have actual card” she said. “Why?”. “Policy” she said. I don’t have the actual card, that’s why I gave it in my phone. Their reply “sorry but we only take credit card. We will reimburse you without a penalty “. So I have to go home and cancel my plans? Nothing said this while booking! The fact that they wouldn’t offer to help find a solution, it was easier to send me home! BS
