Rooms were a good size. Bathroom was small for me but I was still comfortable. Staff was excellent spoke English as well. I like the free beer and ice cream. But the cultural events in the evening looked like fun. I will book this hotel again. The breakfast was a good mix as well.

Fantastic Staff and Location; Small Bathroom" My stay at this hotel was enjoyable overall. The staff was attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was perfect, with restaurants, shops, and major attractions within walking distance. However, I must mention that the bathroom in my room was quite small. While it was clean and well-appointed, it was challenging to move around comfortably. Overall, if you prioritize outstanding service and a convenient location, this hotel is a great choice, but keep in mind the limited bathroom space.

Safe and walking distance to all the attractions in Dotonbori, restaurants, bars and shopping. Rooms were very small but front lobby has massage chairs, free coffee, and in the afternoon there’s free ice cream, green tea and sake. Hotel Kimono event was fun. Overall we enjoyed the convenience of hotel location.

Excellent customer service. Front desk staff are very kind and always ready to be of assistance . My appreciation to Ms. Uka who assisted us upon check-in & gave us instructions on how to conveniently navigate around esp to the subway station. Housekeeping has been consistent in delivering fresh clean towels & bottled water daily. It's also great o cone back to the hotel with free cold drinks & ice cream especially on a hot day. The hotel may be old & outdated but the great smile & great service of the hotel staff is enough to let you know that you have chosen the right place.

The location was perfect to get around. Hotel was under construction but it was quiet and clean. Staff was nice and i liked the fact we can take amenties at the lobby. I loved the massage chair and water machine at the lobby was well.

Very pleasant staff. We arrived early and were able to check in and go to our room. The room was basic but very clean. Amenities were in the lobby as well as sake, beer, soft drinks, coffee, and ice cream during certain hours. Relaxing lobby with chairs and tables. I would stay at this hotel again. Near the tourist areas and right around the corner from the subway.

The property is centrally located to the downtown attractions that are seen in TikToc videos and on TouTube. The hotel also has a lot of complementary items for hotel guests (mixed drinks, wine, coffee, carbonated beverages, and ramen) as well as a massage chair in the lobby.

We love our stay at Dotonbori hotel. It’s very convenient and accessible. Near to the subway and train station, the foods and shopping. They have free drinks, cup noodles and ice cream. The room is clean and spacious(for us: family of 3). If we go back to Osaka again, we’ll surely stay here again.
