This is our third trip to Osaka this year, and we are a bit disappointed with our hotel. I must say the hotel is not very bad, but I can see many things that can be improved.
Things are not good:
1. You must check in the room BEFORE 11pm. If you are not sure about your flight will be landed on time or you don't reserve sufficient time to go there, you will not be available to get your room and you probably will need to find an alternative hotel to stay. To be fair, the hotel will send you a reminder one or two days before check-in.
2. I found blood on my bed cover. I don't know who I can talk to. I've stayed in similar hotels in Osaka, and I thought I could talk to one of the staff via the video system in the lobby. In the end, my thought was wrong, and nobody could solve the problem.
3. I also found two ignoring flies in my room. I killed them at the end (sorry...) and I don't think this is what I would expected to see in a hotel room in Japan.
4. This is an apartment-style hotel, and the room has an electronic hob. We didn't plan to cook anything, but you need to know that there is no kitchenware, even chopsticks and cups (they do provide 3 paper cups), in the room.
5. Based on what I can see, the hotel only has limited space for luggage storage (maybe around 6 pieces of big luggage).
6. The kitchen light and toilet light are automatic with a sensor, so when you go to the toilet while your family members are sleeping, the light will turn on. That's quite ignoring.
