We reached quite late at night (~1 am), but the check-in process went pretty smoothly. The staff is courteous and also helped us with sending our luggage over to our next destination. Overall, would recommend!

7 min walk to Shin Osaka train station. Room was clean & very spacious. My family and I stayed in one of the "high grand" rooms on the 23rd floor and it had a washer/dryer inside our room which was a nice surprise. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of western and Japanese food but mostly the same items each day. Would stay here again.

It was within walking distance from the train station. The hotel itself was very nice. The staff was helpful, and they were kind enough to store our suitcases, which we had sent ahead of our stay. The bathtub/shower was separate from the toilet, which is nice since 3 of us shared a room.

Very nice, new feeling hotel. Amenities were nice, though rooms are tiny (normal for Japan). About a 5 min walk from Shin Osaka station, so this is a good option if you are making multiple day trips outside of Osaka

Good location near to Shin Osaka station for ease of travel within Osaka and out of Osaka. Hotel breakfast was amazing and they change a little of the buffet selection daily so we have some thing different daily.

We stayed in 3 hotels during this trip, this is the best of all. We booked the big room with tatami. Provided a range of tea and drip coffee. Has washing machine in the room and a range of toiletries to pick from level 2 too. Hotel staff able to speak Chinese too so communication wise lesser issue
