Obviously, it's the best place to stay if you are using this KIX airport. Value was good too, but customer service was average. Most Japanese hotels offer amazing service, but this hotel was unhelpful. I asked questions and made some requests but I only received a message that was copied from their website, basically saying that they can't help due to some repair work being done.

I would highly suggest adding the breakfast buffet to your stay. The location of this hotel is perfect if you have an early flight or if a flight was canceled. Hotel was quiet, clean, and convenient.
