Hotel is in a great location, close to Osaka station and right on top of a great Lawson convenience store. Easy walk to the station and river, plenty right outside to see with loads of dining and shops. Very clean and comfortable, quite small inside the only drawback

Really liked this place, especially having the connected room if you are traveling with family. Check in was thorough. There was laundry machines available at an affordable price. The staff was very very sweet I am particularly talking about the sweet cleaning lady on our floor. The room was clean and spacious enough for two big suitcases for two people and adjacent room similar. Not too far from the station, however if you have big suitcases, the walking obviously takes longer. Overall really liked my experience

Staff was not very welcoming or seemed friendly. The lounge area was just a corner of the lobby floor with one table. Rooms were clean and good size. Hotel located by good shopping areas. I would not recommend staying here for the price.
