Modern hotel in West Umeda
Check in was very efficient though it’s full of tourists right at 3 pm. Staff speak good English. Polite. Room was very comfy with modern n chic decor. I like the traditional retro cartoon on wall of room. Lovely. Bed was very comfortable. Many amenities were provided even got charging cable 👍 Hotel’s lounge provides drinks all day n even night snacks. Didn’t use public bath. Can’t comment. Location is good. I went to Breeze tower nearby n took escalator to B1/F which led to underground walkway to JR n metro. About 7 min walk

As experienced during my last stay at Hotel Intergate Osaka Umeda a few days ago, this hotel is an amazingly good hotel that always makes you feel welcome because of its very friendly and warm staff.
